If you need to change the size or color of your order, or if you wish to return the items for a refund, please fill out the form and return the items to us in their original condition, including the original packing slip. If there is no packing slip and you cannot print the form, please include a note containing all the information from the form. Once we receive the returned items, we will promptly process your request by sending you the exchange items or issuing a refund.

Please keep in mind that we may be unable to exchange items for a larger size if the largest size is already ordered or if the requested size is out of stock. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned items.

Please keep in mind that if you are returning items due to sizing issues or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return postage costs, and we will cover the costs of the second delivery if an exchange is needed.
