If you're uncertain about which size is best for you, please measure the length of your foot and add 5mm of space. Then, compare this measurement to our insole size guide (located at the end of the size options) to find the perfect fit.
To measure your foot, stand on a piece of paper, mark the top of your toe and the back of your heel, and then measure the distance between these two points. This will give you a more precise measurement.
We recommend purchasing a size up as the wool lining may take up some of the space normally reserved for your feet.
Please note that 'L' indicates ladies' sizes, while 'M' indicates men's sizes.
